Reggae Calm
To manage stress, our Reggae Calm app will offer meditations for the morning, meditations for the evening and everything in between. Need to focus? Tune in to one of our productivity soundscapes. Having a meltdown? We’ll have music to steady you. In pain? Try a gentle dub relaxation to ease you into a therapeutic sleep. Whatever your need, we’ll have something to help.
It's effective
Our app takes its cue from scientific research by Dr Frank Lipman in New York who found that, with fewer beats per minute than your resting heart rate, reggae takes you to a calming, healing place. We’ve also experienced the benefits for ourselves. Dr Lipman recommends Bob Marley to his A-List clients. In the same vein, we’re working with talented young musicians on special dedicated tracks.
